Management is open to ideas, feedback, and anything else that can improve the business. I've been working as a service plumber for Edl since 2021.
In the three years I've been here, I've grown as a tech and as a member of the staff. I have never worked for a company with a culture like the one here. Starting with my first week, they sent my wife and kids a gigantic box of cookies and made me feel like a valued addition to the company. The plumbing team is all very close, and the level of support from the office is unparalleled.
From my perspective as a field technician, I can honestly say it's the best place I've ever worked and I look forward to working every day.
Although I havent been here as long as most people at EDL, I feel like I am an equal part of the team. Everyone is so encouraging to your individual goals!
